TESSA!!!! The first time I met this lovely lady was at RWA in Anaheim last summer. I took a pic of her walking back to her room with Mr. Dare and her Rita. SHe was simply stunning, even with shoes in hand. We chatted about a cover and I shot some pics. One of them ended up on her book. It was AWESOME. AMAZING. SO VERY VERY COOL. And the book is fantasmical. Without further ado, a little spotlight on the brilliant Tessa Dare and her PIIINK cover. 

Jenn: What book(s) feature a Studio Smexy photograph on the cover?
Tessa: The Scandalous, Dissolute, No-Good Mr. Wright, from Avon Impulse. I couldn’t be more thrilled that they purchased photos from Jenn for my novella!

Jenn: What elements do you like to see on a book cover? (hero, heroine, landscape…)
Tessa: I love couples and clinches. I always have! Especially if they illustrate a playful, flirty dynamic between the hero and heroine. The cover starts telling the story before the reader even turns the first page.

Jenn: Describe your cover in one word (smexy or sexy doesn’t count)
Tessa: Fantabgorgeulous! What, that’s not a word? Okay, how about… PINK.

Jenn: What can readers expect from you next?
Tessa: I have two more stories coming in the Spindle Cove series. Sometime in the spring, readers can look forward to Diana Highwood’s story as a digital-first novella (title TBA), and then in June 2013, look for ANY DUCHESS WILL DO. Check my website for all the latest news!
